Horsetail Botanical Extract quiv. to 200mg, Hydrolysed Marine Collagen 200mg, Citrus Bioflavonoid 15mg, CoQ10 10mg, Grape Seed Extract 15mg, L-Methionine 30mg, L-Cystine 30mg, Betacarotene (Natural Source) 2mg, Vitamin D (as D3 400 IU) 10µg, Vitamin E 40mg, Vitamin C 80mg, Thiamin (Vitamin B1)      8mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 4mg, Niacin (Vitamin B3) 18mg, Vitamin B6           8mg, Folic Acid  400µg, Vitamin B12 20µg, Biotin 150µg, Pantothenic Acid 40mg, Calcium 400mg, Magnesium 75mg, Iron 14mg, Zinc 15mg, Copper 1000µg, Manganese 0.5mg, Selenium 100µg, Chromium 40µg and Iodine 200µg.

Direction for Use

As a new mum take two tablets daily with your main meal as a dietary supplement. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Do not chew tablet and you should not exceed recommended dose. To be taken only on a full stomach. It can be taken at any point after pregnancy.
